By accessing or using VaultStream ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.
2. Account Registration
To use the Service, you must register an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
- Maintain and promptly update your account information
- Keep your password secure and confidential
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
3. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree NOT to upload, share, or distribute any content that:
- Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) — Any content that sexually exploits or harms minors. This will be immediately reported to NCMEC and law enforcement.
- Malware, viruses, or harmful code that could damage systems or steal data
- Copyrighted material without the express permission of the rights holder
- Hate speech or harassment targeting individuals or groups based on race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or national origin
- Violent or terrorist content promoting, glorifying, or inciting violence
- Fraudulent content designed to deceive or defraud others
- Non-consensual intimate images (revenge porn)
- Illegal substances or drug trafficking content
Adult content (18+) is permitted provided it is legal in your jurisdiction and all individuals depicted are verified adults who have consented to the content being distributed.
4. Earnings & Publisher Program
The publisher earning program allows users to earn money from video views. By participating:
- You agree that earnings are calculated based on legitimate, organic views
- Artificial inflation of views through bots, VPN traffic farms, paid click fraud, or similar methods is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all earnings
- We reserve the right to withhold payment if fraud is suspected pending investigation
- Minimum payout amounts and processing times may vary by payment method
- Earnings are subject to change based on advertiser demand and market conditions
5. Content Ownership & License
You retain ownership of all content you upload. By uploading content, you grant VaultStream a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, transmit, display, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating the Service.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We are not liable for any loss resulting from account termination due to Terms violations.
7. Limitation of Liability
VaultStream is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration. You waive your right to a jury trial or class action lawsuit.
