- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf
- Your physical or electronic signature

Counter-Notice
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may file a counter-notice. Your counter-notice must include your contact information, identification of the removed content, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the material was removed by mistake, and your consent to local federal court jurisdiction.
Repeat Infringers
We have a policy of terminating accounts of users who repeatedly infringe copyrights in appropriate circumstances.
Response Time
We aim to respond to valid DMCA notices within 24-72 hours. Content identified as infringing will be removed promptly.
